Replace custom DAG editor with React Flow library
- Install @xyflow/react for smooth node-based UI
- Create custom DefinitionNode and ContractNode components
- Use React Flow's built-in drag-and-drop, edge drawing, pan/zoom
- Removes laggy custom implementation
